Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes the products you buy may not match your décor or expectations. We want to ensure that it is extremely convenient for you to return the order if you so opt for.

Please send us your return request within 4 days of receiving the order, along with the reason for return, at urvi@thehomecentric.com . We will respond back with our acceptance within 48 hours of receiving your request. The returns should reach us within 15 days of us communicating our acceptance for returns. The returned products should be shipped back in the original packaging without any stains or damage.

The return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

We do not accept returns on curtain panels.

The shipping charges that were charged at the time of placing the order will be deducted from the order value before the refunds are processed.

Please share the tracking details once the goods are returned back to ensure they can be tracked at our end.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned products, provided, the goods arrived in good condition without any stains or damage.
